Abstract
在釩的矽化物研究中，發現釩的矽化物能在（111 ）方向的矽晶片上形成磊晶。在處理過程中，基座熱加溫和三段式退火能有效的幫助釩矽物磊晶的形成。在蒸鍍過程中，三百度基座加溫後，再三百度、一千度三段式退火，能形成最佳的釩磊晶矽化物。
