鈮系低碳低合金鋼析出過程□溫熱處理合金碳化物材料科學物理
MATERIALS-SCIENCEPHYSICS
含鋁商用低碳低合金鋼,於600℃,700℃,720℃下,作□溫熱處理時,合金碳化物可Austeuite 變態為Ferrite 之同時,或在隨後的時效過程中析出。溫度以及添加第二種合金元素,可以影響變態之Kinetics,進而改變析出物的分布和型態。材料強度在時效過程中,可以維持土80ksi 以上,廷伸率在14-16%之間,Y.S./U.T.S. 在80%以上。
