Abstract

內部氧化銅導線架
Internal oxidation by Rhines Pack method was introduced to produce the dispersion strengthened Cu-Al alloy. The Cu-Al alloys with Cu-0.618wt% Al were used in this work. The specimens were prepared in 400 mm thickness and then internal oxidized by Rhines Pack method at 900 ℃ through different time.Three forms zones have been observed in the internally oxidized alloys. The first contains small particles. The second contains big particle. The third is oxidation free zone observed in the center region of internally oxidized samples. The depth of internal oxidation zone is proportional to the square root of the internal oxidation time, a typical parabolic reaction. Two kinds of particles and the conical colony are observed by TEM in the big particle zone.As the time of internal oxidized increases the conical colonies grow further to the center of the specimens. The small particles and bigger particles can be observed by using OM and SEM. They showed different TEM diffraction patterns. The conical colonies are made up of CuAlO2, and they are hexagonal structure with the lattice constants a = 2.858 A and c = 16.958 A.
