單晶 粉晶 位置含量 超導溫度 缺陷 李爾貝托 single crystal powder crystal site fficiency Rietveld
鋇鉀鉍氧晶體是否具有超導與鉀含量有關.在超導範圍內,超導溫度先上升 降低超導溫度.結構為簡單立方,空間群為Pm3m.在釔鋇銅鐵氧晶體中,鐵原□ b鉈鋇鐠銅氧粉晶則以李爾貝托法分析得其結構.軸長3.9184及12.5498埃.The Tc of Ba1-xKxBiO3 depends on the solubility of Potassium.In superconducting range, Tc increases and then decreases. ofOxygen also decreases its Tc. The structures all belong to3mspace group. In YBaCu3-xFexOy crystal Fe replaces Cu(2) site.TlBaPrCu2Oysed with Rietveld theory.It's space group is P4/mmm.a=3.9184, c=12.5498 Angstrum.
