Abstract
Dow Electronic Materials is a global supplier of electronic materials, draw global professionals to keep the leading position continuously in the field of copper plating technology for printed circuit board and IC package substrate industries. This enterprises lasts more than hundred years, the core is discipline and business ethics. This study analyzed a portfolio of R&D management and development model of Dow. By the new products, Dow broke into the smartphone supply chain successfully. With the growth of smartphone, we achieve the objectives of business growth accordingly. Dow invests resources in the development of new products and new markets continuously, maintain the company's growth and profitability in order to achieve the company's vision: sustainable development. This thesis can be expected to study continuous innovation technology of Dow Electronic Materials, understand how it continues to meet the technical requirements of the every new generation iPhone. Also be a sharing, learning experience of other suppliers of electronic materials.
