Abstract

渦輪幫浦 葉輪 揚程 淨正吸水頭 turbopump impeller head NPSH
The object of the investigation is to develop a design and analysis system for a turbopump impeller. The system can provide designer a useful tool to design or redesign turbopump impellers. In order to verify the research method of this system, we applied the research process of this system to an impeller from the literature. A good comparison result was obtained. Then we try to redesign an existing turbopump impeller in order to improve its efficiency and performance. Since the impeller is an important component, we will establish its baseline performance according to the test data in order to make further improvement. Many parameters will affect the efficiency of the turbopump, including inlet and outlet blade angle, clearance, and cavitation. We will modify the impeller eye diameter, blade angle, and meridian dimension. Using the software, the performance of new designed impeller can be predicted. Finally, the model of the new impeller can be established. In order to compare the performance between the original and new impeller, we used BLADEGEN and TASCFLOW to simulate the flow-field. The important parameters include pressure, velocity, Head, and NPSH. Finally, the analysis results have successfully accomplished the research objective.
