Abstract

電動機車 自動變速系統 二段式自動變速系統 electrical motorcycles automatic transmission system two-speed automatic transmission system
近年來,由於環保意識的高漲,人們對空氣品質的要求日益升高,因此積極研究可取代目前車輛的車種,即電動車。 本論文主要目的在於參考並分析目前市面上已有的內燃機車的自動變速系統,設計適用於電動機車的兩段式自動變速系統,主要是利用離心式離合器及單向離合器的配合來達成自動換檔的目的。 文中並推導出此變速系統的數學模型,將變速系統的整個運作情形分成四個模式,可藉此設計離心式離合器各參數以提供較佳的換檔性能。最後則採用已推導出的變速箱數學模型,利用電腦模擬,以求事先發現可能的設計結果及缺失所在。Recently, due to the rising recognition of environmentalprotection, people have been asking for the higher air quality.Therefore, much study has been done so as to design new, clean-fuel vehicles, i.e. electrical vehicles. The objective of thisstudy is to analyze the automatic transmission systems of thecurrent internal-combustion-engine motorcycles. By using thecentrifugal clutch that synchronized with a one-way clutch, atwo-speed automatic transmission system for the electricalmotorcycles was designed. In the study, the mathematical modelfor the automatic transmission system was derived. Theoperation of the automatic transmission system is divided byfour modes. From the analysis, a centrifugal clutch wasdesigned to offer better gear-shifting performance of amotorcycle. The mathematical model and computer simulation canalso be used to predict the other characteristics of thedesigned system.
