Abstract
本文探討如何調節非均質介電濾波器的頻率響應,並應用頻域模型的分析法來探討 共振器之間的耦合特性。非均質單石式介電濾波器由於整體結構簡單、體積小並且由單一陶瓷製成,方便於大量製造。但由於設計上簡化、熱膨脹的效應以及製造上的誤差,均會影響到濾波器的品質。為了彌補這些因素所造成的影響,我們提出四種型式的微調子,透過改變介電性質,來調節濾波器的頻率響應。另一方面,我們根據頻域的分析法,來處理有關共振器間的耦合效應。此方法不僅適用於縱向均勻的結構,在適當條件下,還能推廣至一般縱向不均勻的結構。根據此方法,本文分析非均質濾波器、直接耦合式濾波器和單石式階梯阻抗濾波器的耦合效應,並與部份的實驗比較。而實驗結果與預測均趨勢一致,說明了此方法的可靠性,最後再推廣至微調子對濾波器調節效應的分析。This paper presents techniques to tune a dielectric filterhaving an inhomogeneous medium. Theoretical andexperimental results demonstrate that the tuners caneffectively tune the coupling coefficient and a pair of eigenresonant frequencies for resonators. An efficient computationmethod is also developed for solving inter-resonator coupling.The proposed method is not only applied to the filters withuniform structure along the longitudinal direction, but alsoadapted to the filters having a nonurm structure along thelongitudinal direction. In addition, this method is employed toinvestigate examine a dielectric filter having an inhomgeneousdielectric medium, a direct-coupling -coaxial resonatorbandpass filter and a monoblock filter with stepped impedanceresonators. The experimental and theoretical results areclosely correspond to each other. Finally, the feasibility oftuning the inter-resonator coupling is analyzed.
