Abstract

一氧化氮 多光子解離 酵素 NO DNA nonlinearity disorder breather
本論文中我用 Morse 位能勢做兩個實際的計算。壹是自然界中最常見的雙原子分子,一氧化氮,之多光子解離;以 Morse 振盪子之一維半古典模型,計算一氧化氮振動解離所需之最小遠紅外線雷射強度。數種不同的雷射光源及解離度之數學表示均得相同的結果,證明本文中的計算結果並不會因為實驗時之微小誤差而改變。貳是 DNA 與酵素作用時之物理機制之研究。以一維的 DNA 模型,尋找一有效之機制來聚集能量,以在 DNA複製時順利打開雙螺旋鍊。結果證明,酵素附著於連續的 DNA 單元上,若能減低 DNA 單元間連接的彈性係數, 確有聚集能量之功能。The nonlinear dynamics of two molecules were investigated byMorse potential, namely, nitrogen oxide and deoxyribonucleicacid (DNA). In the first case, a semi-classical model ofmultiphoton dissociation of NO were considered for mininumdissociation theresholds. Several kinds of laser sources anddissociation definitions result in almost the same theosholds,indicates the results obtained are robust against experimentalerrors. Secondly, an efficient energy focusing mechanism for aDNA double helix opening during transcription by an emzyme wereinvestigated by an one-dimensional model. The results indicatelowering coupling constant continuously can result in energyconcentration.
