Abstract
This is important to reduce the quantity of carbon dioxide to environment and to cut down on power for use low power HB LED lamp.(High Bright Light Emitting Diode Lamp)But the major question is big heat in small diode. The higher temperature will to damage diode. We can to remove the heat than to increase the life and efficient of LED lamp. The goal which we would reduce the heat production. We can raise the light efficient of LED. And we can change the design of heat sink. We began our study for HB LED which no use fan by thermal experiments and used the FLOTHERM V6.1 simulation software to provide a basic unit internal system thermal analysis. The analysis can provide effective way to dissipate heat. We have arrived at the following conclusions and recommendations. (1) The heat be dissipated under the environment of the natural convection, radiation is a very important parameter that can not be neglected. (2) To increase superficial emissivity of heat sink is good for dissipate heat. (3) We can dissipate most heat by put the heat sink is horizontal and its fins is Vertical. (4) It is good for dissipate heat by use more big size of heat sink. (5) Maybe is not good for dissipate heat by use more numbers and thickness of fins.
