Abstract
Because of high-brightness characteristic and broad application of HB-LED, this product has great prospects. Current efficiency has been applied to cell phone keyboard, small LCD back light, car lighting, traffic light, and large outdoor monitor. As the improvement of brightness and efficiency of LED in the future, application of this product will be broadened. It appears that the development of this industry is positive. As far as this project’s concern, IC packaging will be the first choice of investment. The LED industry is generally divided into upper-reach epitaxy, middle-reach IC packaging, and lower-reach system or assembly application; the overall industry is sound. Concerning its mass production skill, unique self-sufficient material, and product development and renovation ability, we focus on the middle-lower-reach IC packing industry. In addition, it’s hoped that taking advantage of present resources and forming a complete supplying system will allow to carve ourselves a niche in the world’s competitive market. This research investigates the production of a new business proposal. Based on form and construction of a business proposal, this research presents prospective investors or business owners further illustration and an ideal format of business proposal. This research drew conclusions as followed: 1. By production of a new business proposal, corporations are allowed to have a better understanding of competitive dynamic trends of a new industry and prepare well for risk control. 2. Provide investors a reference to establishing or drawing investing strategies. 3. Provide investors or corporations a reference to production of a new business proposal.
