Abstract
Summary Due to the change of the industrial environment and the global competitiveness being more and more drastic, the methods and the rational concept of manufacturing have being renovating in recent years. In view of this, I expect the research could draw forth a proper way towards high technical industry being applied to each stage of JIT manufacturing system through the reports of sucessful examples being adopted by the companies, MRP information integration system, and being in tune with JIT manufacturing technology. Furthermore, by means of interviewing with the persons of high rank to understand how it works on each stage and possible problems and then to make out the conformity. The achievement of JIT manufacturing system, by applying the concept of JIT with its own company's intrinsic technologies, being put into practice by Lucent Technologies Taiwan telecommunications company could be the instance to provide high-tech telecommunications manufacturing industry to give rise to their own production way of JIT for promoting the competitiness for the business enterprise. Meanwhile, this research could be the index for the manufacturing industry for the years to come.
