Abstract
Ag nanoparticles have been extensively used to raise biological fluorescence emission in many applications. Generally speaking, The fluorescence enhancement is due to strong interaction between the molecules and the Ag nanoparticles through surface plasmon resonance (SPR). We are going to use the SPR of Ag nanoparticles to tune CIE and color rendering index (CRI) of white-light organic light emitting diodes by doping the particles with YAG fluorescence phosphor on the package layer. The polydimenthy siloxane (PDMS) was used as the host material for the package layer, which is advantageous in easily making surface structure, transparency, and the flexibility. It improves the external quantum efficiency for a large-area device with low cost.
