摘要
This study aims to construct sustainable workplace health indicators that integrate employee well-being with corporate sustainability, highlighting the unique contribution of systematically linking workforce health to organizational development. Building on the GRI 403 Occupational Health and Safety framework, we employed a modified Delphi method and the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) to gather expert insights and establish indicator priorities. Thirty experts with experience in workplace health and sustainability participated in the survey, providing evaluations on the proposed indicators. The analysis identified three key dimensions - occupational health services, occupational health and safety training, and worker health promotion - that form the foundation of the indicator framework. The findings reveal that worker health promotion is most critical for sustaining organizational vitality. This study contributes to both theory and practice by offering enterprises a practical tool to assess and strengthen workplace health strategies, aligning with global sustainability goals and enhancing long-term organizational resilience.
