Corresponding author's email: planloser_igel@hotmail.co.jp Rationale: We have shown that CXCL16, a chemokine involved in angiogenesis and tumor metastasis, was elevated in the serum of patients with advanced nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC) (ATS2015 abstr. Patients received 1st line chemotherapy of platinum-doublet with or without anti-VEGF antibody, Bevacizumab, or epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-tyrosine kinase inhibitor according to histology and EGFR-mutation status.
