Abstract

A colorimetric immunoassay biosensor is developed employing CNTs as a label material, which allowed direct observation of the sensing result by the naked eye. Implemented for HSA, the detection limit is 3 × 10 -5 mg ml -1 when characterized using UV-Vis. © 2013 The Royal Society of Chemistry.
