摘要
A simple network, consisting of a resistor in series with multiple ferroelectric capacitors in parallel, each in series with a dependent voltage source, is constructed to model ferroelectric capacitors. The material parameters based on the Landau-Khalatnikov equation for the lead zinconate titanate (PZT) capacitor are extracted from measured polarization versus electric field characteristics. A compact model is developed to describe the voltage dependence of PZT capacitors, and calibrated to experimental data. Such voltage dependence is attributed to the voltage dependent interaction force between adjacent domains.
