Enhancement of temperature dependent mechanism by internanotube junctions

Abstract

When individual carbon nanotubes aggregate, the nanotube bundles behave as excellent thermal sensors and radiators. This is due to enhanced temperature dependent mechanism, by internanotube junctions which act as thermal reservoirs. © 2007 American Institute of Physics.
