Abstract
A new method based on spatial-temporal Hadamard transform is proposed to estimate the 3-D translational motion parameters. This method has no restriction on the magnitude of displacement. Moreover, for an image of size 2 n × 2 n , only 2n + 1 coefficients need to be computed. Experimental results are demonstrated for this powerful method. © 1988.
