摘要
In this study, the mechanical properties of nanocrystalline Ni-Fe alloy are evaluated at various current densities in the electroforming process. The results indicate that the finer grain size of Ni-Fe alloy leads to the enhancement of its hardness, which is above 9 GPa, and the elastic modulus is approximately 316 GPa obtained by controlling current density. A finer grain size of Ni-Fe alloy can induce the formation of dense Ni-Fe alloy and improve the mechanical properties of Ni-Fe microstructures.
