摘要
Background: Transition metal compounds (TMCs) are well-known nanomaterials with excellent capacitance and electrochemical properties for energy storage, while the development of capacitance retention is urgently critical. Methods: Three-dimensional N-doped highly ordered porous carbon (NHOC) as carbon framework incorporated with N and S co-doped graphene quantum dots (NS) and MnMoO 4 (M) was fabricated via hydrothermal method. Significant Findings: The NHOC/M@NS nanocomposites exhibit a superior network of mesoporous channels with an exceptional specific capacitance of 952 F/g. The unique hierarchical porous structure reduces the diffusion pathway and accelerates ion transfer. Meanwhile, 3D NHOC serves as the carbon framework to prevent the self-aggregation of MnMoO 4 for enhanced specific capacitance. Furthermore, the modification of NS enhances the electrical conductivity and pseudo-capacitance. The assembled asymmetric supercapacitor exhibits a superior electrochemical performance with energy and power densities of 33.5 Wh/kg and 8000 W/kg, respectively. Additionally, the cyclic stability of device shows an impressive 88 % capacitance retention after 10k cycles. Results highlight that NHOC/M@NS electrode presents a promising solution to enhance electrical conductivity and reactive sites of TMCs, which opens a new gate for producing hybrid nanomaterials with great potential for green and sustainable energy storage.
