摘要
This article presents the first flow-control codesign methodology, which seamlessly integrates both flow-layer and control-layer design stages. Experimental results show that the proposed codesign flow achieves notable improvements over the regular design framework with separate design stages. A flow-based microfluidic biochip is one of the most commonly used microfluidic biochips, which is fabricated using the multilayer soft lithography (MSL) technology. Microfluidic functional units are fabricated by elastomer material [polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS).
