Abstract
The Global System for Mobile Communication (GSM) is widely regarded as the most convenient digital mobile communications system. However, there are many problems relating to data confidentiality, user privacy, and computational load. This paper provides solutions to these problems without changing the architecture of the GSM. Our secure level is analyzed by a formal method of the BAN-logic regulations. Besides, our scheme provides an anonymous channel for user location privacy
