摘要
A synthetic approach to highly transparent magnetic nanocomposite thin film by incorporating magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles (NPs) into silica-titania (SixTi1-xO2-y, STO) film in a low-temperature sol-gel process (∼90 °C) is presented in this study. The optical transmittance of Fe3O4-STO nanocomposite films with a NP concentration of 1-30 wt % is between 99% and 86% at 550 nm. The transparent film possesses a magnetization value as high as 12 emu/g at 0.5 T and exhibits an electromagnetic interference shielding response in the range of 2.6-18 GHz. The highly transparent magnetic thin film with nanometer thickness is derived using the sol-gel method with advantages of low-temperature, feasibility, and cost-effective process, which is promising in practical applications.
