Abstract
In this letter, the effects of pulse electron beam on the synthesis of printed (Cd plus Te) films are reported. It is shown that CdTe crystalline films can be synthesized by the pulse E-beam method, directly from (Cd plus Te) printed films. Although the film quality and uniformity were limited by the E-beam heating ability, they can be improved by vacuum annealing. Futhermore, only the polycrystalline form of CdTe films could be obtained in this work.
