Abstract
In recent years, as enterprises compete in the smart development of Industry 4.0, they have also developed new types of business models and changed the structure of human resources. When human resources personnel face challenges from internal and external environments, their role gradually changed from the conventional administrative supporting role to that of an enterprise partner. Accordingly, the professional competencies of human resources must be further advanced. This study first adopted the modified Delphi method to obtain the consensus among 35 experts as well as analyzed five indicator dimensions—namely human capital curators, strategic positioners, honest actors, data operators, and technology innovators and integrators— and 25 indicator checkup items. Subsequently, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was utilized to obtain the relative weights among indicator to construct the indicator framework of the human resources professional competency model under Industry 4.0. Data analysis revealed that the relative weight of the dimensions, in descending order were human capital curators (0.332), strategic positioners (0.230), honest actors (0.180), data operators (0.142), and technology innovators and integrators (0.115); the indicator of each of them that accounted for the highest weight was “1.1 In light of the organizational development and innovation of Industry 4.0, talents must be redefined” (0.296), “2.1 To understand the changes in the internal and external environments under Industry 4.0” (0.312), “3.1 The ability to abide by the law to protect employees’ personal data from being leaked by the system” (0.412), “4.5 Use data to generate values for the organization” (0.335), and “5.1 Establish a human resources management standards that suits the organization as the references for implementing intelligent human resources” (0.239), respectively. Finally, on the basis of the research results, this study proposed concrete and practical suggestions for improving human resources professional competencies and future research directions.
