Abstract
Quantum fluctuations around classical optical solitons to the nonconservative model based on the complex Ginzburg-Landau equation (CGLE) with the cubic-quintic nonlinearity were calculated. The photon-number correlations and the effective correlation coefficient for pairs of bound solitons were numerically calculated. Multi-mode quantum-correlation spectra of the bound-soliton pairs showed patterns different from those for two-soliton configurations in the conservative NLSE. A similarity in the photon-number correlations between the stable bound-soliton pairs and multisoliton trains was found.
