Abstract

Resistivity behavior;Sb2Te3-xSex compounds
We have measured the resistivities p of Sb2Te3-xSex compounds (x = 0, 0.6, 0.9, 1.2, 3) between 5 and 300 K. The p behavior with T is metallic-like in all of those samples except in the sample x = 3. Particularly, we find an exponent n = 2 in the Boltzmann transport term AT” in low temperature for those samples showing metallic-like behavior.
