Abstract
We study the uniqueness of quarks, leptons, and exotic fermions in the chiral-color models of SU(3)CL×SU(3)CR ×SU(2)L×U(1)Y and SU(3)CL×SU(3)CR ×SU(2)L×SU(2)R×U(1) based on the cancellations of the three known chiral anomalies in four dimensions. The minimal exotic particles are identified for existing three and four quark-lepton families. © 1989 The American Physical Society.
