We evaluate the decays Z'Q+Q»+S(QQ») of Z bosons to S13(QQ») and S01(QQ») quarkonium states of charm and bottom quarks. We find partial widths of "(Z'cc»J)=47 keV, "(Z'cc»c)=145 keV, "(Z'bb»'b)=6.4 keV, and "(Z'bb»b)=6.5 keV, that might be observable at the CERN e+e- collider LEP. We also calculate the partial widths for W+'cs»J, t'W+b'b, Q'Zgg, and Z'c,bgg decays. © 1990 The American Physical Society.
