Abstract
A new labor pension plan that has a feature of carrying had begun to perform in July 2005. It can guarantee that employees cannot loss or be affected for their protection of pension by converting their works and may affect employees' performance of pledge and trying one's best for organizations. However, there are few investigations in foreign research and not relative studies in domestic research for discussing that if the new labor pension plan can affect the relation of between employees' job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. Thus, this study will discusses if the relation of between employees' job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior can be interfered by the labor pension plan. The research utilized the stratified random sampling approach to sample the employee of the most effect small and medium enterprises for survey questionnaire. Furthermore the total number of valid return was 730 and valid return rate was 73%. The outcome of investigations through the approach of partial correlation analysis and path analysis appears that the positive relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior cannot change by the labor pension plan. However, the positive relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior and direct effect can generate a significant interference by the choice of labor pension plan. Consequently, the choice of labor pension plan can obviously decrease the original positive relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior as well as the influence of direct effect.
