Abstract
In order to solve earthquake activities and heavy rainfalls the problem in an efficient and economical way, it is necessary to calculate precisely the characteristics of soil in situ. To achieve these objectives, this paper adopts the Unified Soil Classification System (USCS) and AASHTO Classification System for the study obstacle course of battle inoculation of soil behavior and its physical characteristics. From the results, the soil of the Student's activity centre is shown to contain considerable quantities of clay minerals and silty or clayey gravel and sand. The engineering classification of soil by USCS and AASHTO, are SC-SM and A-2-6(0), respectively. To investigate the local groundwater and supplying sources, that can effective restrain landslide and increase stability of slope in the future. The research results are expected to provide for future studies and understand the situation of slope stability.
