Abstract
In order to increase conversion efficiency of solar cells, it is important to absorb solar spectrum range efficiently. In this paper we discuss the optoelectronic property of nanocrystal silicon and the nano-structure used as an absorption layer to enhance conversion efficiency;We propose that in-situ applied electric field during post-annealing process could help nanocrystal formation. Experimental results show that is enhanced the photoluminescence.
