Abstract
This paper is to discuss management and strategies of school crisis, to analysis the factors influencing the decision-making on school crisis, and to research a case study. The causes of school crisis include interior factors and environmental factors. There are four stages of school crisis including latent stage, acute stage, resolution stage, and recovery stage. The system of school crisis management has three levels as decision-maker level, school structure level, and crisis communication level. The decision-maker, school and social environment have the effects on decision-making of school crisis. Finally, a case study of school crisis will be discussed.
