Abstract
The goals of this research were to formulate the future vocational scope of undergraduates in the program, to construct the capability of undergraduates, and to develop the standard curriculum which integrated market demands and school features. The techniques of the research included the literature collection and the analysis to understand the meaning and the development of the standard curriculum, as well as the environment of the early childhood care and education. Other techniques are the focus seminars and consultation of experts, which helped to construct capability of the undergraduates, and to develop the standard curriculum which integrates the market demands and the school features. According to the document analysis, the result of this research concluded the future vocatinal scope of undergraduates as childcare workers, child welfare specialists as well as child-related industry workers. The undergraduates should have the capability of general ability which contains six indexes and professional ability which contains 11 indexes. The standard curriculum of the program includes ten general courses and thirty-one professional courses.
