Abstract
The Legislative Purpose of the Educational Basic Law is to Realize and to Add to Constitution on Related Educational Rules. The Law Can Define the Aims and Basic Principals of the Education and to Guide Directions. It is the Foundation of all Educational Law. The Educational Basic Law was Promulgated and was Carried out that Will Produce the Long and Deep Influences on Educational Development of Our Country. Therefore, We Must Understand and Notice of the Educational Basic Law. The Purpose of the Essay is to Discuss the Legislative Process and Analysis of Contents of the Educational Basic Law and the Influences on Educational Development in Our Country.
