Abstract
Owing to the decline in birth rates and the increase in the emphasis that parents’ place on early childhood education, the early-childhood-education industry has been blooming rapidly and becoming an emerging field of employment for early-childhood-education graduates. The participants of the present teaching action research comprised students from the department of early childhood education of a national university who attended the course “Exploration of the early-childhood-education industry.” The purpose of the study was to explore th curriculum transition process of leading students to explore the childhood-education industry. The findings present the arrangement of curriculum and instruction, feedback from the industry, and changes in the opinions and attitudes of the students before and after the class. The findings of the present research are helpful for departments and teachers who are willing to help students begin a career in the early-childhood-education industry.
