Abstract
Jin Sheng-tan is a famous novel and drama critic in 17th century. The literature that he commented mostly crowned ＂Gifted scholar(Cai zi)＂ in the name. Therefore, to analyze the opinion of Jin Sheng-tan on ＂Cai＂ is the most important theories of his literary criticism and direct entry point. The major issues of he on ＂Cai＂ can be summarized as ＂ability can be learned＂ and ＂to use orderly ways is ability＂.
