Abstract
The purpose of this research is discussing the flower image of Xi, Mu-Rong's poetry. An image appears repeatedly to make it become a symbol. On the other hand, it will present the style of poet and reflect the writing subject. So, study of image help readers to know the style of a poet and poems. Further, to seek for the meaning of archetype of the image could analyze the motif and art of poetry. Xi's poetry is very well known and popularity is almost part of her style. Flower image appeared frequently in her poetry. Flower and 'Xi, Mu-Rong' should have strong relationship to interact to each other. This research started from flower image study to analyze its contents. Then, we studied the meaning of flower image in writing, how a poet's style to take shape, flower image with female writing. In the end, this research re-value the evaluation of Xi's poetry.
