Abstract
The Main Purpose of this Study is to Search Innovational Prospects of Educational Administration in Taiwan from Social background and Developmental Trends of Educational Administration. The Social background of Educational Administration Include the Promoting Lifelong Learning, the coming of Information Society, the need of Globalization and Political Democracy. The Developmental Trends of Educational Administration Include Professionalism, Democracy, Equalization, Marketism, Scientificism. Finally the Study Recommends Ten Suggestions for Innovational Prospects of Educational Administration in the Future from Social background and Developmental Trends of Educational Administration.
