Abstract
The purpose of this research was to design a career program for high school students and to investigate the effects of the career program on high school students. This study assesses 239 student's evaluation of career program in high school. The result revealed that: (A) Students prefer the time at the first year in senior high school, (B) The importance of program was affected by the topics of program, (c) The level of student's involvement was influenced by fulfilling the need or not, (d) the quality of satisfaction was influenced by the teacher's professional, the realization of program and the program context. The study's limitations, directions for research, and implications for practice are discussed. Recommendations for research, practice and people working with this population are also provided.
