Abstract
This stury utilized the contingent valuation method to evaluate recreational economic values of Augoo wetland in southern Taiwan. WTP measures were calculated using approaches from Cameron and James (1987). Probit model and MLE were applied in econometric estimation of the bidding function. Based on our results, annual average WTP values was estimated NT$955.2 per household for Augoo wetland recreational park.
