Abstract
政府是否需要投入資源介入經貿交流,還是應相信市場力量去主導？平心而論,台印兩國迄今仍無綿密的社會交流網絡,除了少數大企業外,多數台商並沒有足夠的能量去評估如何開拓印度市場。若政府以提倡台灣經濟發展的角度去思考新南向政策及強化台印關係,相關措施非但不突兀,反而有急迫性。
