Abstract
「在我們所處的資訊時代,故事說得比較好的國家,才能處於有利位置。」這似乎也是台灣較微弱的一環。利用軟實力作為政策工具,可以降低政治敏感性,也有較高的吸引力,對台灣而言更形重要。
