Abstract

The invention proposes W18O49-type tungsten oxide nanomaterial, which is fabricated by using WS2as a precursor, and then the W18O49-type tungsten oxide nanostructure is formed by thermal oxidation from the precursor. The proposed W18O49-type tungsten oxide nonmaterial for application in light sensor, MOSFET and solar cell, are also disclosed.
