Abstract
The invention discloses a method for detecting the printing quality of a mobile phone battery label. The method comprises the following steps: establishing a standard area database; acquiring a labelimage of the to-be-detected mobile phone battery; performing noise reduction processing on the label image, and calculating the area of text information pixel points in the label image; calculating anerror area between the text information pixel points in the label image and the text information pixel points in the standard quality label image of the corresponding type; calculating the absolute value of the ratio of the error area to the area of the text information pixel point in the standard quality label image of the corresponding type, and judging whether the absolute value is greater than a preset critical threshold value or not; and if so, determining that the printing quality of the label image is unqualified. By means of the method, printing quality detection of labels with complex content can be effectively coped with, whether text characters have defects or not can be detected more accurately, the detection efficiency of the printing quality of mobile phone battery labels isgreatly improved, and the labor cost and the time cost are greatly saved.
