Abstract
This invention provides an active air screened electro-chemical discharging method and device. The device includes an active air screen processing electrode serving as a cathode, an auxiliary electrode serving as an anode, an conductive processing liquid, a non-conductive workpiece that is a workpiece to be processed. The method quickly processes the non-conductive workpiece, especially precision processing, by means of gas actively charged and a gaseous insulative layer resulted from the chemical reaction between the anode and cathode and through the discharging effect activated by high voltages.
