Abstract
This invention is related to one kind of hydroxyapatite nanometer-scaled magnetic particle product for biomedical applications. The manufacturing process is wet-chemical precipitation method. The magnetic hydroxyapatite particle (m-HAP) is modified from conventional hydroxyapatite, in which calcium ions have been exchanged by bivalent iron ions or other bivalent, trivalent metal ions to form a nanometer- scaled magnetic hydroxyapatite particle.
