本發明為一種水可溶性自身酸摻雜聚苯胺衍生物(aqueous soluble andd self-acid- doped polyaniline derivatives),是由聚苯胺衍生物(polyaniline derivatives)與 2-磺酸基苯甲酸酐衍生物(2-sulfobenzoic anhydride derivatives)進行反應所合成,包含下列式(I)結構單位:其中,M可為H,Na,K或NH4; R1,R2,R3,R4可為-H,-Ro,-F,-C1,-Br,-OR0,-COR0,-OCOR0,-NHCOR0,-NO2,-COOR0, -CN,-COOH; Q可為H,-RO,-F,-C1,-Br,-OR0,-COR0,-OCOR0,-NHCOR0,-NO2,-COOR0,-CN,-COOH; RO為C1-C4之烷基; n為1至4之整數; x+y+2z至1.0,且X0.1。
本發明之水可溶性自身酸摻雜聚苯胺衍生物,其有下列性質
l,對水有高溶解性。
2,自身酸摻雜性。
3,高導電性,可達到約10-3-10-4 S/cm。
4,合成步驟簡易。
本發明亦有關上述水可溶性自身酸摻雜N-2-磺酸基苯甲醯基取代聚苯胺衍生物之製法,其包括將聚苯胺衍生物與2-磺酸基苯甲酸酐衍生物在溶劑內及視需要的,觸媒之存在中反應,沉澱出反應之產物和乾燥。

The structure of polyaniline derivatives are composed of the following repeating units: wherein X+Y+2Z ≤ 1.0, x ≥ 0.1; n is an integer from 1 to 4; M is H, Na, K or NH4; R1 R2, R3 and R4 are independently selected from the group consisting of -H, -R0, -F, -CI, -Br, -OR0, -COR0, -OCOR0, -NHCOR0, -NO2, -COOR0, -CN and -COOH; Q means a group represented by the formula: -H, -R0, -F, -Cl, -Br, -OR0, -COR0, -OCOR0, -NHCOR0, -NO2, -COOR0, -CN, -COOH, wherein R0 denote an alkyl group with the carbon number from 1 to 4. The polyaniline derivatives, with the conductivity up to 10-3 to 10-4 S/cm, are water soluble and self-acid-doped.
