Abstract
A method for extracting of solar cell parameters is provided. After illuminating the solar cell by different simulating sun lights with different illumination levels, measured current and measured voltages of the solar cell are acquired and the series resistance of the solar cell is extracted based on the measured current and measured voltages. Using the root mean square error(RMSE) to determine the series resistance of the solar cell. Therefore, the parameters of the solar cell are extracted without presumed current-voltage functional form.
